Why the journey?

Once I read the book by Robyn O’Brien (The Unhealthy Truth), I knew there was no turning back.  The journey to rid my life of toxins is going to be long and difficult, but I am in for the long haul.  My kids are definitely my inspiration.  I want them to believe that change is possible.  I want them to know that perfection is not the goal.  Balance is key.  Love is more important than anything.  And we should only compare ourselves to the person we used to be (not to anyone else).

Sharing is being vulnerable.  Being vulnerable is painful, but it makes space for growth.  I’m sharing my journey in the hopes that it will help someone else.  And maybe, just maybe, another person will make a change they see necessary in the world.

Love, Crystal
